Company Secretary and Board Chairman
Donovan (Donno) is a successful entrepreneur with more than 25 years experience across multiple industries. He has substantial experience in developing new products and services, building new companies and generating profitable outcomes in both established and emerging markets. He knows how to bridge the gap between a great idea and market viability.
John Haines
Business Development Director
John Haines is a former MICA Flight Paramedic, Deputy Chairperson of the Australian Resuscitation Council (NSW Branch), President of the Australian Emergency Care Providers (AECP) and the founder and managing director of Australia’s first recognised private training provider, Australian First Aid in 1988, a part of the APL Group Pty Ltd.

Engineering Director
Erol is a qualified Electrical and Electronics Engineer with three decades of global experience in Project Management, Technology Product Development and Technical Sales.  He has worked with high profile organisations such as IBM, UGL and Ausgrid and takes a commercial approach to his work.

Leanne is a communications specialist and business consultant, with 30 years’ experience in business strategy and planning, sales, marketing and team productivity. She specialises in working with start-ups and high growth businesses in technology and innovation. Leanne is an experienced Board Director, having served on three not-for-profit Boards across 13 years of service.

Simon is an Investment Management Advisor and Principal of Monash Investors. Following very distinguished academic performance, Simon rose through the ranks of noteworthy investment companies such as Rothschild & Co, Colonial First State Global Asset Management, and was Head of Australian Equities, UBS Global Asset Management from 2007 to 2012. Simon is currently Principal of his own wealth management company Monash Investors.

Sarah Walke

Sarah has an extensive background in health administration, management and research, with 6 years as Manager of a Stem Cell Research Unit at University of NSW / Prince of Wales Hospital. Sarah more recently authored the Australian Code of Practice for Autologous Stem Cell Therapies.

Dr. Bryan Bledsoe is Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas School of Medicine. He is an attending emergency physician at UMC in Las Vegas. He is board-certified in emergency medicine and EMS. Dr. Bledsoe has over 40 years of experience in EMS and the author of numerous textbooks, journal articles, and peer-review papers. Dr. Bledsoe is the medical director of Allegiance Mobile Health in Texas.

Managing Director, Syntology Pty Ltd
Dean is a “hands on” electronics engineer with substantial experience in a range of industries. Dean founded Rand Walker “Computers for Industry” in the early 1980’s with university colleagues designing control and automation systems. Later the company took on a product development focus, leading Dean to R&D roles in Hypertec Research and Keycorp Limited. Dean founded Dean Cooper Designs in the early 2000’s and in 2005 he founded Syntology, an engineering services company that focusses on products, systems and technologies.
